What's Happening Soon?
- July 6 - Monday Middle School Fun Day, Fall 2009 Grades 6-8, 2-4 p.m., pick-up/drop-off at CLC. Service Project, then going down to Turkey Creek. Come ready to work, then get wet.
- July 8 - Youth Prayer and Lunch, noon-2 p.m., lunch at Burger King and prayer at River of Life Church.
- July 9 - Dive Bible Study, grades 9-12, 1-3 p.m., CLC.
- July 11 - Leave for Puerto Rico Youth Mission Trip. Adults and Youth meet at 5:00 a.m. at the Northwest Florida Airport.
- July 13 - Monday Fun Day: Pool Party! Come ready to get wet, lunch will be provided. 2-4 p.m. Drop off and pick up at the CLC.
- July 18 - Puerto Rice Arrival/Pickup at the NWF Airport at pick up at 8:46 p.m.
- July 20 - Monday Fun Day: Basketball and Ultimate Frisbee in the Gym, Popcorn and movies in the café. 2-4 p.m. Drop off and pick up at the CLC.
- July 26 (Sunday): FAMILY NIGHT. This is a very important event for learning about our ministries, it is also a
load of fun. 5:30-8:00 p.m. for all youth (grades 6-12, Fall 2009) and their families. Games, inflatables, parent
informational meeting, potluck. Please RSVP to the Student Ministries office with how many are coming by July 20. Each family should bring a dish to share. - July 27 - Monday Fun Day. Sardines / scavenger hunt at the church. 2-4 p.m. Drop off and pick up at CLC.
- August 3 - Monday Fun Day. Games and snacks at the Pavillion. 2-4 p.m. Drop off and pick up at the CLC.
- Friday, August 7-Saturday, August 8: LOCK IN! Drop off at 9:00 p.m., pick up at noon the next day at the CLC. Sign up sheets are available online and in the info racks outside our offices.
- August 10: Final Monday Fun Day. Action painting/crafts and Ultimate Frisbee. 2-4 p.m. Drop off and pick
up at the CLC.
Upcoming Wednesday Night Activities Schedule:
- Wednesdays for Nexus: 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the church. Drop-off at the Fellowship Hall, pick-up at the CLC. NEXUS is our main ministry event for middle school students -- happening every week all summer at the same time in the same place--BE THERE!

Missions Trips:
- Puerto Rico/World Changers:
July 11-18. For all 9th grade students who have gone to Love At Work and all 10-12 grade students. Cost $1,000. Deposits of $200 due Feb. 25, Mar. 25, Apr. 29, May 27, and June 24. Our training day is Friday, June 26, 8 a.m.-4 p.m.; Meet at the Community Life Center. Registration form can be found here.
School-Year Events:
Sunday, August 30: Confirmation introduction, 9:40 a.m. in the Youth Theatre. If you are interested in your student joining the church, then we would like you to attend this information meeting with them. They can be any age starting in sixth grade...there is no one too old for confirmation!
Wednesday, September 2: NEXUS/FUSION kick off...Water Night! Student Ministries welcomes kids back to the regular rhythm of the year with a huge, fun water night. Come ready to get wet (bad shoes, dark shirts).

- Dive Bible Study, Grades 9-12 Fall 2009, 1-3 p.m., Thursdays through Aug. 20, Community Life Center.
- Dive Bible Study Fun Day, Grades 9–12 Fall 2009, 3–5 p.m., Thursdays, July 16, & August 13, Community Life Center. Have to attend Bible study from 1:00-3:00 p.m. and bring $10.
- Movie Night, Grades 9-12, 7-9 p.m.. Youth Theater in Community Life Center. June 28, July 19, & Aug. 16.
