Bryan Jollie

Director of Audiovisual Ministries

Bryan JollieBryan was born and raised right here in Niceville. He was baptized and attended this church for most of his childhood. His father was a volunteer soundman here and he began his love of music and sound at a very young age. He began playing bass guitar at age 8 and furthered that with drum lessons throughout his Junior High years at Ruckel Middle School. He was part of Niceville’s Jazz Band throughout his High School years and began to play in various local bands

After graduating from Niceville High School, he attended Okaloosa Walton Community College and began to major in Engineering. His love for music and sound took him into the music department where he obtained a full scholarship for working and playing with the OWCC Showchior. During his years at OWCC he felt a calling into the ministry, so left college in 1994 to enter into Bible college in Pensacola. Throughout his 13 years there he travelled extensively doing evangelistic meetings around the world. During these travels his knowledge of sound and sound systems grew extensively.

In the year 2000 he opened a recording studio in Pensacola with the help of his older brother and began to mix and edit for many local artists. He was very fortunate to meet some great engineers and has kept a long friendship with many whom he calls his mentors. Growing tired of travelling, he took a job with a well-known Audio/Video company and decided to work there for a few years doing home theater installations and progressing to managing his department.

From there he went on to work at Olive Baptist Church for a few more years before deciding to come home to Niceville. He has two wonderful children, a daughter and a son.
