The Community Life Center of First
United Methodist Church was opened
on January 10, 2004. It was given by
the church, as a gift to the community,
to be used to provide excellent and quality
programs in a wholesome environment to families
and individuals who use it. The Community
Life Center cost nearly 3.5 million
dollars and encompasses 38,000 square
feet. There is a double gym that is set
up to handle major drama and music productions,
a full industrial kitchen for banquet seating
for nearly 600, a mini-theater that can
seat approximately 200, an internet café
with game tables, a full fitness room, 8
class rooms, childcare facilities, shower
and locker areas, and other commons areas
for ping-pong, seating, and lounging.
There is a full recreation staff of trained
professionals leading the administration
of this facility as well as countless volunteers,
who are committed to reaching this community
with this facility and its message. Below
are our hours and location.
Come and check us out and become part of
something that is making the difference
in lives of thousands of people in our community!
