Becoming a Member of First United Methodist Church, Niceville, Florida

Adults must attend a one time class taught by Rev. Ausley and Rev. Greg McKinnon to join the church. The vision of our church and the purpose of membership is explained. This Discover FIRST Class is offered on the second Sunday of every month from 3:00-5:00 p.m. and quarterly from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Wednesday night. Childcare is provided up through age 11. Child care reservations can be made with Belinda Duke at the church office, 678-4411.
Senior High Students must attend a one time class taught by Rev. Ausley and Rev. Greg McKinnon to join the church. The vision of our church and the purpose of membership is explained. This Sr. High Pastors' Class is offered quarterly at noon with lunch provided. Information is available and reservations can be made through the Student Ministry Office.
Middle School Students must finish our basic Christianity class, confirmation, to join the church. This is a fourteen week class that is offered twice a year beginning in January and August at the 9:40 Sunday School hour. Information is available and reservations can be made through the Student Ministry Office.
